Description and summary

In the Service Request Management all Requests according to a service will be processed. The Service Request Management is monitoring and reporting the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) corresponding to the compliance with customer and management.

The duty of providing information to the user is part of the Service Request Management controls. The Service Desk is basically responsible for the Acceptance, Classification and also handling of request.

Forward business related mail to the broadcasting team if Astro go shop for further assistance.

Communicates with finance department regarding refund for the customer’s that returned the item.

Handles Q and A on go shop’s webpage.

Liaise with logistics for delay on goods complaints.
