Responsible for full implementation of a manufacturing culture;

The primary objective is to promote continuous improvement through the

elimination of waste. During this launch I headed process improvement meetings

with plant engineering, engineering techs, material department coordinator and 3

direct reports. These meetings entailed details on open/closed issues, as well

as, brainstorming production ‘show stopper’ solution and action items.
