SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I bring over ten years of combined experience in the fields of Customer Service, Client Support, Secretarial Administrative and Executive Assistant, and District Clerk Assistant. This includes one year of cumulative managerial experience enhanced with bilingual communication in English and Spanish and excellent interpersonal skills. I am proficient in a variety of programs including: Firehouse record management software, MS Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Access.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES/SKILLS
