Respiratory Therapist

Provide services to patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Work with technician and patients to conduct therapeutic procedures to maintain a patent airway, remove bronchopulmonary secretions, and achieve adequate ventilation & oxygenation.

Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy, recognize patient adverse reaction.

Consult, collaborate with and educate medical staff, multi-disciplinary care team members, and patients/families.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare processes and procedures.
