QUALIFICATIONS:

I am a Registered Land Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in all fields of surveying/construction, including Construction Management. My surveying includes Survey Management (multiple crews), cadastral, boundary, subdivision design and layout, property surveys, marine, topographic and major construction projects. I am familiar with AutoCad. I am comfortable with GPS, TDS, Trimble, Leica and SDR data collection systems and most Electronic Total Stations. I can perform all office calculations, read and correct construction plans, plats, research titles, write legal descriptions etc.

I have managed multi-million dollar construction projects, both as a Surveyor and Construction Manager.
