Budget / Cost Management

Implemented Labor Category Estimating, resulting in actual labor meeting and exceeding budget .
Conduct Material take off estimates the construction of the company’s multi family, single family, medical clinics and hospitals that were built across the United States.
Time Management
Developed and implemented a “true” Even Flow production system while reducing production cycle time by 30 calendar days with the use of PERT (Project Evaluation Review Techniques) and Process Mapping.
Developed and maintained production schedule to ensure start and completion goals were met for 31 regional production crews .

Quality Management
Led improvement teams, using Six Sigma’s quality improvement tools, DMAIC and Pareto Analysis, to reduce work-in-process defects by 57% and warranty costs from $186,500/yr to $25,500/yr.
