Conduct Material take off estimates the construction of the company’s multi family, single family, medical clinics and hospitals that were built across the United States.

Time Management

Developed and implemented a “true” Even Flow production system while reducing production cycle time by 30 calendar days with the use of PERT (Project Evaluation Review Techniques) and Process Mapping.

Developed and maintained production schedule to ensure start and completion goals were met for 31 regional production crews .

Quality Management

Led improvement teams, using Six Sigma’s quality improvement tools, DMAIC and Pareto Analysis, to reduce work-in-process defects by 57% and warranty costs from $186,500/yr to $25,500/yr.

Developed and implemented corporate quality management systems (ISO 9000) for all of the operational activities of our trade partners/suppliers and construction staff which reduced work in process defects 75% with the use of Process Control Plans and Process Flow Management.

Co-developed PDA software for work inspection, reducing defects by 57% with savings of $100k/year by using Pareto Analysis and Data Collection.
