Role and Responsibilities:

Over all inspection, monitoring, operation and maintenance of equipment’s like Break down, preventive, Periodical, Shutdown.

Maintaining equipment history cards, spare part information and material procurement register.

Reporting of equipment’s status, daily reports, Water Balance reports, and suggestion about new modifications to be done in the plant to the manager.

Participating in the daily meeting with manager to suggest and discuss new ideas for better improvement in service.

Helping in finding new vendors and get spare parts of quality and at optimum cost.

Conducting and attending training programs internally or by external coordinators.

Participating and providing innovative ideas with the supplier’s discussion while purchasing of new equipment's.

Reassembles compressor and connects compressor to compressed air and electrical outlets to test operation.

Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan.

To prepare inspection or check list scheduled for each machines.

Inventory control of maintenance tools and spare.

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

Following 5s system

To attend the trouble shooting in equipment like belt conveyors, moving trolley conveyors, silos, gear box, roto pump, Diaphragm pump, piston pump, vibrating sieve, stirrer tank, generator, ball mill, spray drier, etc., From Slip house Department as per request of production dept.

Finally to check the machine and mechanical equipment's like compressors, 515 KVA & 860 KVA generators, cooling tower fans, water supply pumps etc.

To be prepare the preventive maintenance and lubrication scheduling to each machine.

To be reporting the maintenance status to the Superior every day.
