Nitrogen generation plant (Cryogenic air separation plant)-

Made by Air products, U.K., with 600 Nm3/hr GAN flow, 9.0 Kg/cm2 0.1ppm of O2 with Dual mode such as GAN and LIN-GAN mode.

Ammonia Storage and refrigeration system-

Atmospheric double wall double integrity tanks (2 No’s),5000MT each and 3 No’s KSB centrifugal pumps with 35 m3/hr at 28.0 K sc.

45 TR Refrigeration system with 3 No’s lubricated screw compressors with capacity controlling system.

Auxiliary Boilers-

Made by Mitsui Engineering &ship Building company ltd, JAPAN,

2 units with 100 TPH each, 108 kg/cm2, 515 Deg.

Made by THERMAX with 100TPH, 120 kg/cm2, 520Deg.

Waste heat recovery Boilers-

Made by MACCHI, ITALY,2 units with 60TPH each,39 kg/cm2,400Deg

Made by THERMAX with 80 TPH for HP boiler and 30TPH for IP boiler.

Demineralization plant (ION EXCHANGE PLANT)-

Made by THERMAX,4 No’s streams each of 75m3/hr,0.02 ppm silica.

3 No’s streams for process condensate(135m3/hr each) and 2 No’s streams for Turbine condensate(250 m3/hr each).

Cooling Towers –

Made by Parahpur, cross flow,induced draft, open circulation type with 13 No’s cells, 3600 m3/hr capacity each with 45000 m3/he recirculation capacity.

Cooling water treatment by Chembond water drew treat ltd, Mumbai.

Steam turbine generator-

Made by SKODA with 30 MW capacity.

Gas Turbine generator-

Made by GE Engineering with 26MW capacity.
