Application Knowledge in BIW concept for sheet metal welding & surface modelling.

Proficient in design & application of Hydraulics & Pneumatic circuits.

Design of gauges, 3D Modelling, Reverse Engineering.

Design of Non conductive/High load resistive PEEK reinforced – Electrode design for Electro Chemical Machining (ECM).

-Hassle free hydro circuit for free discharge of electrolyte inside the tooling.

Design of fully automated EOLT Rig – for common rail FIP.

-Dog clutch – screwing/unscrewing inbuilt within the spindle core.
