Fully certified technician in coating module where I specialize in applying chemical recipes onto photomask plates inside Intel Mask Operation's semiconductor fabricat ion plant.
Handle photomask plates while keeping a high attention to details to assure the production of the plates meet the company's high quality standards.
Conduct thorough inspection on photomask plates by using inspection tools to scan the plate and analyzing the data to ensure no microscopic defects are present.
Troubleshoot tool issues by following specification protocols to bring faulty tool back up to par and continue with the production of the photomask plates.

Collaborated with student engineers and local farm owners to build an automated machine for cutting leaves off of sweet potato vines in order to improve efficiency of sweet potato farming in the central valley.
Designed preliminary parts and model with the use of Pro-E software and 3D printed CAD parts to be implemented into the design.
Perform mathematical calculations to control DC motor rotational speed and positioning of drilling holes for ease of assembly.
Constructed mock-up prototype to investigate design flaws in order to prevent them again for the next model.
Built final prototype of device with mechanical and design adjustments to prevent any flaws that were present in the mock-up prototype
