Operations and Supply Chain Optimization Consultant

- Responsible for the Production Flow, Operations and Supply Chain redesign of an auto glass manufacturing plant (Shenzhen Automotive, Shenzhen, China) resulting in a 27% reduction in inventory (including raw materials and work in process), 19% cycle time reduction and dramatically improved labor usage.
