Design production area, fabricate and erect platforms, utilities and support for equipment effective running; Liaise with quality control, quality assurance and operations teams to deliver project and products to standards; Clearly define work specification to contractors as per project requirements and drawings; Effective management of workforce to ensure proper execution of project as per agreed timelines; Provide support in developing standard operating and maintenance manuals; Report to operations manager Heinz Africa and Middle East on daily progress of work and plans for next working days.

Responsibilities: Oversee the installation and commissioning of gold processing plants as crusher, ball mill, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table etc.; Supervise design of mine pit, carry out mineral resource estimation and plan production schedule; Advise on equipment selection and assist in procurement; Train miners on best suitable extraction methods at different locations. Carry out cost estimation, budget control as well as risk assessment; Report to Mine Manager.
