Managing Director- Strategy and Work Force Transformation Practice/Principal Consultant

Worked closely with go to market teams on pre sales activities, account planning, pursuits, and proposal development contributing directly to 2+ million in annual revenue for Sense Corp.

-Spearheaded the implementation of Data Governance as part of establishing a Chief Data Office at Texas Health and Human Services.

-Led a team that facilitated leadership stakeholder meetings across all of HHS's five agencies (DADS, DSHS, DARS, DFPS, and HHSC) to gain alignment and participation in data governance.

-Achieved a successful implementation which improved data quality, control, and reporting across Texas Health and Human Services. Due to our success we were awarded an additional 5m in follow on work.

RackSpace, San Antonio TX Jan 2013 – Jan 2014

Managed the implementation of the revenue management and billing system (BRM) which supported Rackspace’s new cloud service offerings into the Sydney region. This $20-million-dollar program was one of the top three for 2013 and had high executive visibility. These new services laid the foundation for Rackspace’s ability to grow internationally. The successful implementation brought in over $2 million in additional revenue within the first year,

Successfully led the 1.5-million-dollar program to implement a new tax engine (Vertex) globally and integrate this engine with their billing and revenue management system (BRM). This has led to Rackspace being able to reduce their $2 million tax burden, greatly improve taxation accuracy, and support the scalability of their taxation capability as they continue to expand internationally.

Managed the implementation of Oracle’s OCDM, OBIA and OIEE products to support Rackspace’s need for a consolidated enterprise financial data warehouse. This includes integration with existing usage, BRM, EBS, and HFM systems. This lead to better mass data management and we were able to create new product deployment metric reports at 5 times the speed of the old way.
