Preparing monthly Invoice, Credit Note, Purchasing Order and Delivery Order

Twice a month preparing payable payment (Creditors, & Utility)

Every end of month follow up for payment with customer

Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.

Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail. Answer telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries.
