Position… Civil Site Inspector

Responsibilities:

Supervision and monitoring all construction activities such as surface preparation, steel rebar’s cutting, bending and fixation, formwork installation, casting concrete structures, curing of concrete structures, waterproofing works, backfilling works, field density test (FDT), painting works, floor finishes (floor marbles, porcelain tiles, epoxy screed, floor paintings etc), wall claddings and wall linings, ceiling works, skirting’s, fire cabinets & fire proofing’s, concrete & glass balustrades, precast stairs, stair case railings & nosing’s, dry partition walls, toilet sanitary wares, doors installation, steel access ladders, external works (manholes & gullies), external road works, plantings, perimeter fence works etc.

Responsible for Supervision, monitoring and quality control of day-to-day site activities.

Material submittals getting approvals from approving authorities.

Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out Items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and specification requirements.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Supervision, monitoring and quality control of day-to-day site activities.

Witness all field and LAB tests. Quality control of all civil engineering Items, including stage wise inspections up to completion.

Conduct physical site measurement, inspections and monthly measurement for statement preparation.

Coordination with consultants, follow up of NC reports if any closing and modification work.

Material submittals getting approvals from approving authorities.

Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out Items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and specification requirements.

Ensure only latest approved documents and drawings are used on site.

Mobilization of manpower and equipment’s for site.

Coordination with independent testing laboratory and site execution team for timely approvals of works from client and consultants.

. Ensure all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan and that these are documented on pre-defined forms and check sheets.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and monitoring all construction activities such as surface preparation, steel rebar’s cutting, bending and fixation, formwork installation, casting concrete structures, curing of concrete structures, waterproofing works, backfilling works, field density test (FDT), painting works, floor finishes (floor marbles, porcelain tiles, epoxy screed, floor paintings etc), wall claddings and wall linings, ceiling works, skirting’s, fire cabinets & fire proofing’s, concrete & glass balustrades, precast stairs, stair case railings & nosing’s, dry partition walls, toilet sanitary wares, doors installation, steel access ladders, external works (manholes & gullies), external road works, plantings, perimeter fence works etc.

Complete all paper work required accurately and ensure that copies are retained and well kept, provide engineering and management support to the Project Manager.

Presenting the contribution to the quantity tracking functions, sending weekly reports to Project management of installed materials, checking of delivered materials and coordinating site activities setting up.

Preparing final project documents/project dossier according to the Project requirements & client specification.

Checking of all civil works that carried out by the sub-contractors like fabrication and installation of structural steel bar as well as concreting and finishing works.

Visual inspection on the surface condition of concrete works in order to identify any damages, such as cracking and delimitation.

Provided technical support to sub-contractor for the standard installation and material specification including shop drawings and details.
