-Submit purchase orders for the department

-Submit and prepares petty cash and check requests for the department

-Maintains logbook for Conference Room reservations

-Prepare and submit all catering requests

-Collect data and generate monthly QA report for Pathology section

-Carry out other secretarial duties for administrator and supervisory staff
