Process Operator: Thermal Desorption Unit (TDU)

-Control the operating parameters from the PLC

-Operate the unit in accordance with specified requirements ensuring to achieve production targets

-Supervise mixing of drill cuttings prior to feeding the unit to ensure homogenous mix is fed.

-QA of the process (drill cuttings) and QC of the end products using batch retort analysis

-Troubleshoot and solve occurring problems on TDU process instruments.

-Supervise hazardous waste segregation and preparation prior to feeding the unit.

- Carry out routine check on equipment for abnormalities and inform Plant Manager for prompt action
