Project Handled:

Design & Fabrication of Vortex tube and its performance analysis testing at SKIT Engineering College Srikalahasti, AP – 2013.

The main objective of the project is to fabricate vortex tube & the performance of vortex tube has been evaluated by varying the orifice diameters and inlet pressures. The results obtained from the experiment has been compared for best cooling effect and heating effect. The applications are very useful to lot of firms, mines, underground jobs, excavation works etc.

Achievements:

Have represented IRD Mechanalysis ltd, Youngest Senior application engineer to handle the projects through out INDIA.

My idea of interchangeability of Fan spares was selected in maintenance schedule & installed bigger diameter Plummer block and the repetitive bearing failure restricted and got KUDOS from SMP Head of the Dept., ESSAR STEEL LTD.

Calculated balance weight and angle through phase analysis and pre-welding on fan impeller and saved the maintenance peoples time & power of ID fan in sinter plant at Essar steel ltd.

Handling a refinery project as condition monitoring In-charge in HPCL, Mumbai and management of 10 no.of manpower.

Represented the college team for Cricket in inter college tournament 2010-13.

Attended IIT Madras for MECHANICA 2012 and participated in various programs.
