Administered to all bureaus invoices, personnel issues and purchasing. Replaced several pieces of lab equipment while staying within budget and eliminating costly service charges. (E-commerce). Responsible for the purchase of new testing equipment including a 650K Tinsel re-bar testing machine. Also purchased a new air-filtration system for 6 labs saving the state thousands, was able to secure follow up maintenance visits at no cost. Oversaw a budget of 10 million with a staff of two.
