nDuring my career with Transamerica, I was in the top 5% of all company agents and was fastest ever to become Senior Sales Agent (25 days) in the history of the 153 year old company. Five months after that I promoted to Sales Manager. I also qualified for Council in 2011 in only the first 8 months.

Overall mortgage lending experience encompasses twenty years originating and managing mortgage offices and companies.

Past experience is as follows: CitiGroup-PFS as a Regional Manager in Morris Plains NJ from 1992 through 1996 in charge of group of 25 originators and financial services people. Also, Regional Manager of the Year in 1995. Specializing in various insurance and financial services.

61996 through 2000: HSBC subsidiary as assistant manager for branch in charge of originations, P&L, collections.

2000-2002: Ameriquest Mortgage as Sr. Account executive originating 1-2million per month in loans.

2003 through 2008: 1st Metropolitan Mortgage/Fresh Start Mortgage as branch Sales manager and later on as president of Sales. My branch was consistent in top 5% of company of some 300 offices nationwide. Also, I was licensed mortgage broker President of Sales in Regional Broker in Northern New Jersey.
