High Level information of the current project in progress;

The current project I am currently working on a project with an approved budget to retire the COMET applications is 7 million dollars. That will be retiring an in house application and will be using a third party vendor application which will not deploy until June of 2013. Currently it impacted about 20+ application/systems but still under review to ensure all application/systems has been identified. This project spans across IT, multiple business groups, third party vendor and multi release management a team which requires targeting this to multi release. Monitor other project on the track to ensure it doesn't impact this project due to other functionality being address via another project.
