Wireless Data Network startup ($5B Program)

IT PMO lead. This program was a wireless telco program. Harbinger Wireless merged with Skyterra (a

Satellite company). This was an M & A and redesign of the infrastructure. I lead the program for the entire

back office technology program (~ $ 500M). There were offshore components for development, Handset

design and creation and infrastructure components. We created an RFP for selection of this program and

went through vendor selection (Tech Mahindra, Tata Consulting, IBM, WiPRO)
