WORK EXPERIENCE

1991-1993 Protect Controls Inc. Houston,Texas 77069 Paint Shop Helper

As a Helper my job was to prep metal buildings for

the painters; mix paint and to keep the Paint Shop

clean

1994-2013 Protect Controls Inc. Conroe, Texas 77301 Paint Shop Supervisor/ Painter

As a Painter I sprayed 2 part epoxy and polyurethane

paints, spraying Electrical Control buildings and platform

bases. When projects were complete, they were t-up

and the floors were painted.

As Paint Shop Supervisor I supervised 10-14 employees.

I designated employee work assignments and edited and

corrected employees time sheets to ensure the correct

time and materials were charged to that project. I met

weekly with Shop Foreman and project Engineers to en-

sure project time table possible, and customers scope

were met or exceeded. Kept inventory and ordered all

paints and Paint Shop materials. Gave monthly Safety

Meetings for the Paint Shop. Inspected all projects be-

fore entering and upon exiting the Paint Shop.
