A medical center needed to adapt their processes to adhere to both new Social Security regulations and ICD10 medical coding processes. I assisted the office with developing procedures to enable the office to comply with new regulations while maintaining the same quality of care they offer to the new requirements.
A Foot-care specialist needed to streamline their documentation into an online system. I routinely made electronic copies of written documentation and maintained them in Solid Practice so that they can be quickly retrieved for clients and regulatory reasons.
Proprietary dental implant machines needed to be tracked and returned to the correct owner; I setup a system so that devices could be tracked when received and while being repaired; through this system, the devices were returned to the correct owner in working order.
A local training organization needed to procure space for various meeting across the country; I contacted various different venues to procure the best resources and rates for our customers; Clients reserved hotel rooms and admission to events through the various options I negotiated with venues. The Internet Team wanted to start using a 3rd party software to track visits to website; I found a 3rd party provider that could track the sites traffic with little implementation on the Virgin Mobile internet site, and negotiated them to provide services; Sales through the internet were able to be tracked and the company save around $100,000 with the tool
Sprint wanted to implement LTE on the data network to run both voice and data traffic; A team of about 50 representatives was assembled to make sure all of the business units were represented; I championed for the Virgin Mobile business and our customers to implement many of the projects the businesses were thinking of into the LTE Rollout

Retail customers would bring their wireless devices to a Sprint Store for repair; I would assess their device and take notes on the problems they were having with their devices, I would then repair the device using tools available to me from Sprint, previous knowledge, and peer knowledge; after the device was repaired, I would return the device to the end-user and offer tips on how to prevent future damage

Different healthcare organizations wanted to organize their medical records for different locations into a centralized area; I met with the different medical organizations to learn about their systems, security issues, and daily operations of the system to develop a plan and a network that would meet their needs; A new offer was designed that met the security, medical, governmental, and organizational needs of various healthcare providers
Two Fortune 500 financial institutions wanted to centralize their data networks so that information could be viewed, but not edited by local branches of the institutions; I met with each of the clients at their current data center to learn about their current operations; After meeting with my internal teams, I created a network that provided security, fault tolerance, and redundancy to hold the financial information for the clients of these financial organizations.
