This notice is to communicate the expected use of the Multi Account Tower Dashboard by all Assignee Group Managers, Tower Leads, and Service Managers. The dashboard contains near real-time access to Incident, Request and Change OPAS data for use in:

Quickly identify negative trends impacting service level adherence such as ‘No Work log Activity’, ‘Tickets Nearing Close Date’, and Aging Information

• Drill down capabilities to identify specific ticket data where needed

The Productivity Dashboard is an online portal used by Services Leaders to track the Productivity, Effort Trends, and Volume Trends of individual Assignees.

This tool provides dynamic visibility for the first time into Productivity, Effort, and Ticket Volume data per Tier, Account, Assignee Group, and Assignee. This dashboard is a result of the collaboration between the Services Delivery Leadership, Centers of Excellence, Enterprise Process Owners, and Services Business Intelligence organizations.

The transformation scorecard compares the performance for various accounts by using incident, request, problem, change, KPIs, location and critical accounts metrics.
