Order Management Contractor (Jul 2015 - Jan 2016)

Review new customer orders for BSR (Bulk Stock Request) qualification and processing.

Contact core suppliers for availability, lead times, supplier multiples and verify shipping points on eligible materials. After receiving supplier feedback, update applicable SAP CRM data and complete the BSR. Update tracking info on PO in SAP R3.

TPCS (Third Party Customer Service) - Review customer return requests for eligibility and processing.

Contact suppliers to acquire Return Authorizations. After receiving supplier feedback, update TPCS in SAP CRM. Attach supplier RMA forms and return instructions and accept for processing. Update any applicable SAP R3 data and complete.
