Enduraplas LLC: Plant manager: Ground up facility start up including machine installation, coordinating all construction related installations. Manufacturing start up including all hiring, training, quality standards, production scheduling as well as dispatch and all outgoing product. Responsibilities include safety, procedural, lean and 5S implementation. Also responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance, and financial responsibilities for the company as set forth per KPIs. American Crystal Sugar: Process Control Tech Lead: Directly responsible for the 24 member production team that produced sugar and molasses. Responsibilities include accountability for overall quality and success of all food grade products being produced in factory. Also included was extensive laboratory testing of product to ensure perfection in our goods. Safety reports, meetings and all scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs were included in this position. Genesis Aluminum: Lead installer/Supervisor: Duties include selling and installing aluminum structures and vinyl windows. Supervised small crews of 4 5 workers to install world class lanais and aluminum additions. Acted as the sole customer service rep and safety coordinator for the company as well. Tri State Hospital Supply: Warehouse supervisor: Responsibilities include coordinating daily truckloads to be delivered to hospitals with no excuses. Supervised 4 6 personnel at any given time to ensure all deadlines were met. Served as the trainer and safety instructor for all new hires to certify individuals on all powered and non powered dock equipment.
