line-up to prepare my shift, give them machines and the xcuts for lashing and the crushers for tipping.safety talk,previous production perfomance.after that we go to the section and start our task i have 17 lhd operators 5 crusher operators 2 lube truck operators and 1 miner.my target per shift is 13680 tonns.im renposible for medical bookings,trainings and overtime on sap for all the operators including leaves, sick leave and standby call out.

Accomplishments

im so far the best production supervisor with the record of mining 17000 tonns in 8hour shift.im currently the only supervisor who is changing to any shift that it is not perfoming but start producing more tonns when working with me.my advantage is i started in mining as a helper to operator, dispatcher, miner and now supervisor i have that experience of dealing with different operators and manange them easy.
