Oversee the Single-Family Operations Division SharePoint site collection, taking the lead role in implementing SharePoint maturity and education across the organization. Manage all aspects of the production environment, including design, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring of storage quota, and security of the portal. Actively participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint needs (migrations, upgraded versions, third-party solutions (Nintex, Doc Ave, Gimmal), and document management processes). Develop the division SharePoint vision, governance plan, user guides and job aides to support best practices across the site collection.

Implement four major migrations in SharePoint for division, included migration of multiple sites from SharePoint 2007 to 2010, the migration of @1600 documents from across multiple sites into one consolidated hub.

Introduce the use of meta data term set, the migration of @300 documents from a LAN drive to a consolidated hub using meta data.

Develop and supported the implementation of many divisional processes.

Collaborate with the Single-Family Business, the Center of Excellence, and IT to design and develop SharePoint solutions to address business needs to maintain consistency across the site collection.

Provide user training for Freddie Mac University SharePoint training for new site owners, while also providing individualized training for new site owners.

June 2009 - April 2014, Applications Analyst III-Team Lead, Making Home Affordable Program (MHA/HAMP), Back Office Operations and HAMP Operations Production Support (this was a dual role)

SharePoint business lead for Making Home Affordable Program (MHA/HAMP), Back Office Operations Division. Worked closely with SharePoint engineers in development of sites for the division including main page, navigation, sites, document libraries, lists, forms, workflows and other.

Managed security, user support and acted as primary interface with business teams in developing, updating an enhancing SharePoint sites across Making Home Affordable.
