We’ve have sponsored skate board competitions in Rocklin, Ca at epic skate park. We have managed inventories as well as photo shoots. We have also done young entrepreneur and motivational speaking at Sacramento State University to encourage my peers to be innovative and express their creativity through positive outlets in their respected communities. We organized a Charitable fundraiser event in collaboration with Oakland’s Children’s Hospital.

Duties Included, Publishing a critique on public education through Sacramento State University. I worked with sociology professors from the Chicago school of sociology directly throughout the editing of my research. I was able to present my research at the multi cultural center at Sacramento State along side graduate students, professors and community members. My research put into a sociological context my primary schooling years at Montclair elementary and W.E.B. Du Bios theory of Double Consciousness. Link Below

Duties Included, Working at Skyline High school, developing experience with in the class management of student behavior while presenting curriculums that encourage and assist in the development of the cognitive capacity of students in Oakland’s public schools.

Duties included, webpage management as well as, photography of daily events that took place on the farm and around the city that Camp ANV was involved in. Instructing the youth on screen printing and the basics of how to make their own shirts as a possible pathway to entrepreneurship. Supervising children on fieldtrips and organizing children in health and fitness exercises.

Duties include, working with students who have been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder and autism as well as other disorders that would make it difficult for a student to operate within the traditional classroom setting. I would work one on one or in small groups that would not exceed ten students, these student who ranged from elementary school to high school. I would lead meditation sessions as well as hands on screen printing activities as well as other creative circles.
