Ability Summary

I am reliable, my final 2 years with last employer i had perfect attendance. I am flexible, i have worked all 3 shifts when working in a hospital setting. When working a fixed time i continued to pick up extra shifts when offered. I enjoy transporting clients/ residents to utilize community resources. I am a team player, easy to communicate with, and supportive of my co workers. I have learned patience when dealing with non motivated clients, and have developed a good reputation when dealing with "difficult or combative" clients. When i worked evening shifts at La Casa i began a card game (spades) with 3 clients. In a short period of time those 3 clients became 30 plus clients as i began having "spade tournaments" with the support of my co workers and evening house supervisor(s). Was allowed to utilize the dining area due to the number of participants. Received a "star award" from the Administrator and my immediate supervisor who was the Assistant Director of Nursing.
