Senior Project Manager at Cisco

Responsible for Engineering IT department application migration and integration of the largest company Cisco has acquired as well as a recent divestiture. These projects were managed in an agile manner in order to meet the fast-paced client needs.

Direct activities of multiple teams consisting of project managers, application owners, system administrators and architects to enable the application migration from the acquired company’s environment to Cisco data centers. Efforts included migration of source code from ClearCase to Git, rehosting Enterprise Architect and DOORS, and migration of defects and test management to JIRA.
