I am a certified welder in Mig and Stick processes gmaw, smaw, fcaw, in all positions as well as unlimited structural steel of 1 inch or greater, 2 inch 6g certified in carbon tube welding can fabricate, read blueprint drawings, use torches and plasma torches. Have some but limited aluminum and TIG welding experience(not certified in either). Familiar with welding prints. I have worked as a millwright/welder for the past three years. Before that I was an equipment operator running excavators, dozers and other common equipment for a few years. With millwright/welding as well as structure welding, I have worked with both GE and Westinghouse turbine companies. Disassembly, inspection, repairs and reassembly or turbines and components. Have worked in all aspects of plants and factories with moving parts, motors, alignments of large motors and shafts with lasers and other processes, conveyors, boilers, and many other aspects of skilled work. I am familiar with most hand tools and precision equipment, lasers, fiber optic lasers, crane operation, rigging and the safety of myself and the people I work with and around is always on my mind.
