Executive Assistant

Provide administrative and meeting support to President, Vice President, and visiting company executives. Provide primary support to Director and senior management with operations consisting of over 600 employees amongst four countries, as well as overall support to a total 1,000+ employees. Generate and maintain records of over $20M in annual purchase order requests for key operational expenses.

Establish and renew local company sponsorships and donations via Corporate Communications office and partner in key outreach activities such as the Parents Step Ahead program within the Irving School District and Habitat for Humanity.

Communicate outreach activities of the local office by preparing articles and photos for publication through internal communications.

Recordkeeping of rebates and receivables for vendor partners.
