Executive Assistant
Provide administrative and meeting support to President, Vice President, and visiting company executives. Provide primary support to Director and senior management with operations consisting of over 600 employees amongst four countries, as well as overall support to a total 1,000+ employees. Routinely manage meeting room reservations, catering and audio/visual equipment needs, travel arrangements (domestic & international), expense reports, and invoice processing.
Generate and maintain records of over $20M in annual purchase order requests for key operational expenses.
Provide excellent customer service to escalated customer complaint calls, as well as vendor relations and vendor management.

Establish and renew local company sponsorships and donations via Corporate Communications office and partner in key outreach activities such as the Parents Step Ahead program within the Irving School District and Habitat for Humanity.
Communicate outreach activities of the local office by preparing articles and photos for publication through internal communications.
Recordkeeping of rebates and receivables for vendor partners.
