FMC Technologies, Inc.-Strategic Financial Consultant-Contract Completed November 2015 2015

Consultant responsible for designing and setting up international shared service center that served worldwide operations. Center functions include all accounts receivable billing and collections, accounts payable for domestic and international operations, gross receipts & transaction taxes, credit cards, fixed asset accounting, cost accounting verification and all general accounting functions. Operations were on SAP, Dynamics and three other ERP platforms.

Dangote Group-Dangote Cement PLC-Chief Financial Officer 2011-2014

Multi-billion dollar public International Corporation based in Lagos, Nigeria, undergoing a massive international expansion program. Major operating segments manufacturing, cement, food, oil & gas exploration and transportation.

Managed the process of an integrated daily operational benchmarks review to improve operating efficacy and reduce cost to meet margin objectives for cement plants in Africa.

Developed and managed over a three years, on-going projects to increase production efficacy and reduce material cost at twelve large manufacturing plants. As a result gross margin improved substantially.

Worked with operations to develop operations margin targets and plant utilization objectives.

Successfully turned around the SAP, ERP implementation that was failing and integrated the SAP system into operations and financial management plus regulatory reporting.

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC-Sequa Corporation – Chief Financial Officer & Administrative Officer 2004-2010 An international leader in coating technology, repair and manufacture of turbine engine parts, development of PMA parts and overhaul of turbine engines. Conceived, developed, and introduced improvement strategies for all areas of

finance and operations for this public corporation with $3B in annual revenues. Directly managed all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, audits, regulatory compliance, banking relationships, treasury management, debt placement and administrative functions. Supported extensive business development efforts by managing customer contract negotiations, pricing, terms and conditions. Managed the sale of corporation to The Carlyle Group in 2007. Managed international manufacturing operating locations improving margins and reducing general and administrative expenses

Spearheaded restructuring of numerous cost accounting systems, accounting and financial reporting methods, including GAAP / IFRS and FASB interpretations and applications resulting in favorable SEC reporting positions.
