Responding to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users.

To perform routine maintenance updates with other business units, sending reports and routine follow-up on the cases parked/pending tickets until closure

Handle tickets within the SLA and to complete the ticket with proper attachments and comments in the ticket management tool.

Evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions, troubleshooting for complex information systems management.

Interacting with onshore team on requirement.

Supporting manager in order to achieve 100% error free delivery of process and maintain KPI and SLA of process.
