Handle all aspects of NordenPark, this hybrid repositioned rehabbed multi use 1 million S.F. facility occupied by Northrop Grumman Corp, Gibbs College, Tauck Tours and Pepperidge Farm. This includes working with the re-development project manager for the 88-acre site, maximizing it to its full potential for development. Work with all public officials and agencies, Brokers, Partners and Shareholders. Oversee and directed all Central Power Plant and Janitorial personnel and day to day activities. 1998 - 6/2003 Facilities Manager. Was initially the Building Manager for Washington Square, a 143,000 S.F. Stamford office complex, including a 400-space garage, owned by Met Life. Delivered performance that led to a promotion to the Washington Square Property Manager in January 2001. Participate in developing operating and capital budgets. Manage relationships with 17 corporate clients, including Norelco and Grey Advertising, which employ a total of 525 personnel at the facility. Liaison to brokers in coordinating visits by prospective clients. Supervise a maintenance specialist; hire contractors providing maintenance and repair services, as well as oversee their work. 1992 - 1998 Building Supervisor. Promoted to this position entailing management of the 130,000 S.F. Ridgebury Office Center in Danbury, which was occupied by 400 employees of GE, Duracell and six other clients. Supervised an on-site maintenance specialist and a night supervisor. Contributed to the development of operating and capital budgets totaling $3.3 million annually. Qualified the capabilities of and supervised contractors representing all building trades. Researched and resolved client complaints, as well as coordinated client fit-outs, with an emphasis on code compliance.
