cloning the existing DB, scheduling a backup, Creating User Defined Metrics for efficient

monitoring of the databases.

Upgrade the database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 on Linux x86-64

Abstraction:

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) is part of the Department of Revenue under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It deals with the tasks of formulation of policy concerning levy and collection of Customs and Central Excise duties, prevention of smuggling and administration of matters relating to Customs, Central Excise and Narcotics to the extent under CBEC's purview.

Ensure health, availability and recoverability of databases in production and non production

environments
