My focus for the past 5 years has been on the implementation of security solutions, growing the maturity of a new change control system and risk mitigation.
Successfully implemented a 2yr multi-million dollar redesign of the corporate network which has enabled PGE to segregate production and non-production information and thus better secure data.
Led a project that was chartered to meet Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) requirements.This solution was implemented to securely manage CIP assets and allow the exchange of information located in two separate networks.
Implemented encryption solutions for Databases (DB) and desktops.
Implemented Security monitoring tools to help alert to potential threats.
Developed approach for Windows 7 upgrade.
IT Software Development Project Manager for the Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) project. My key accomplishments included:
oDesign and implementation of applications to exchange Meter install data with the Contract Meter Installer (CMI).
oDesign and implementation of systems to manage the flow of inventory data between the meter suppliers, the CMI and PGE.
Implemented an application that allowed repairmen in their trucks to manage their work real time.
Implemented a web based application that allowed the users to collect and link multiple documents to a single major event.

As a PM more than 90% of the projects I led involved the coordination of team members located throughout the US, Asia and Europe. As a part of my projects I mentored junior staff and ensured they had an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals.
I worked with the IT organization to develop metrics for project lifecycle maturity model and implement a Change Control solution
Project Manager for the implementation of a global architecture for Siltronic e-Business solutions. The architecture supports business across 3 continents. This resulted in faster turnaround in payment of invoices.
Worked with the Microsoft Project Team to develop BizTalk 2004 and the RosettaNet Accelerator for e-Commerce transactions. Participated in case studies as a result of our e-business solutions.
Project Manager for a project to create a Certificates of Compliance for Siltronic customers containing physical, chemical and electrical properties of a silicon wafer. The solution allowed Siltronic to support multiple methods of delivery and provided the framework to present new data upon request.
Implemented ERP-to-ERP solutions including modules for Logistics, Sales and Distribution and Materials Management.
Developed Business process flows for Siltronic and assisted customers with the development of their business processes.
