Attached to Engineering and Procurement contract for a newly Booster compressor station at Khauzak field in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Major roles was to ensure the design and procurement are following standard requirement by a client’s recognized code: i.e. GOST, ASME, API and ASTM. Carried out engineering practises like reviewing drawings, equipment datasheet, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), certifications and relevant supporting documents before equipment could be procured and brought over to the project site. The job included: supervising sub-contractor carrying out off skid lube oil flushing, supervise the millwright team carry out soft foot checking, leveling, pre and final alignment. Supported Solar’s FSR during carry out on skid lube oil flushing, and checking all equipment readiness prior to engine dry cranking. Preserve all the GTGs including the auxiliary equipment prior to load out and towing to gas field.

Coordinated with procurement team and design for ensuring parts are installed on time and with efficiency. Worked closely with structural, blasting & painting, E&I team in ensuring the installation sequence are correct and no repeating or redundant job incurred. Specific Roles:

Responsible for overall planning and work execution in the mill for ensuring the mill can run smoothly at 40mt/hr. This is very crucial to ensure the mill can utilize its designated capacity so that the mill is running within the efficient cost control
