Coordinate with engineering, sales, quality, purchasing and manufacturing on projects from start to finish. Coordinate with shipping and receiving to send those projects to clients once they are completed. Create procurement router for parts to be ordered for projects once they start and add on if more parts need to be ordered. Create the manufacturing data books for those projects as well. Talk to clients on the status of the projects once they are completed. As well as sending notification of inspection for clients to witness certain stages on projects when required. Implementing logistics when scheduling a pickup to go to coating, non-destructive examination, and final shipment. Create commercial invoice when sending parts overseas. Perform load test on umbilical reels.
