Sr. Process Engineer [ Lost Cabin Gas Plant ]

• Responsible for all engineering activities to support natural gas processing, including Sulfur and CO2 production.

• Responsible for troubleshooting process problems, including rotating equipment.

• Developed a Defect Elimination Program for Lost Cabin Gas Plant, which is geared towards high Operating Efficiencies, Reductions in Excessive Maintenance Costs, and opportunities to reduce the likelihood of fluid releases;

• Implemented Process Optimization Programs for the Process Area (Area #21) and TGU (Area#32);

• Worked very closely on a daily basis with both Operators and the Mechanics;

• Daily review and monitoring of Board Operations in all three (3) gas trains using the Delta-V DCS System.

• Worked with consultants on evaluations of vessel interiors and catalyst performance evaluations in both the SRU and TGU.

• Working with outside vendors that supply Corrosion Inhibitors, Wetting Agents, Antiscalants, and Surfactants.

• Participates and follows all necessary HSE Guidelines to ensure work is performed safely for all personnel involved.

• Trained in all aspects of Safety and Safety Protocols, including BBS, Life Saving Rules and H2S.

• Provided Emissions Release computations and analysis to the State of Wyoming (in accordance with Title-V Permit) following unplanned flaring events, unplanned spills, or accidental gas releases.
