Management of oil, gas and liquefied natural gas refineries and power generation, including offshore locations.
The planning, coordination and supervision of on-site functions and project goals with onsite administration staff, engineers as well as senior management to fixed completion dates.
Review of project safety, quality control, scheduling, engineering and material control.
Liaison with the UK and Malaysian Project Teams, client representatives and other contractors.
Coordination of effective time management by setting up weekly progress meetings and implementing recovery plans to ensure all targets met.
Over-seeing the fabrication, assembly, material surface treatment, blasting priming and final painting coordinating third party contractors.
