•Worked with sister facilities to coordinate moving in new product lines, re-tooling and re-vamping of all fabrication and machine shop processes.

•Provided technical assistance and training to employees on the shop floor.

•Implemented new welding procedures and documentation including certification of the entire fabrication and maintenance departments.

•Lead for product groups and operations to expedite changes that impact product safety, liability and customer satisfaction.

•Manage engineering & manufacturing change information and assignment of manufacturing effective dates.

•Set up of entire new machine shop with manual and CNC machines

•Program all new parts, cut new jaws if required, design and document all new set up sheets.

Operations Foreman Kopetz Manufacturing – Feb. 2004- Nov.2005

•Second shift foreman responsible for all operations including fitters, welders, X-ray technicians, machinists, and helpers.

•Verified every machine set up and finished part that was manufactured on my shift.
