Developed the Shift Supervisors and Business Unit Leaders in the Mixing Activity and ensured they were progressing toward their goals.

Developed the Annual Plan for Tuscaloosa Mixing Activity.

Managed through the MDP process to ensure that company was driving business results on a daily basis.

Key Achievements: Achieved cost objectives each year for the Mixing Site ($1.3M favorable to plan in 2013); implemented MMW in the Tuscaloosa Mixing Plant; the first Multi-Step Mixing plant in Michelin NA to achieve Stage 1 OR Certification; selected to participate in Michelin Vision Program (Leadership Development for High Performers).
