I have 23 years of service for TrailBlazer Health Enterprises LLC, Medicare Part A and B; on claims pay validations, written correspondence (routine, review and medical determinations for payment to eliminate unnecessary or duplicate charges) this consists of preparing authorization forms; and composing approval or denial letters for healthcare facilities and beneficiary services. I have been in Provider Enrollment as a Quality Analyst Auditor and Customer Service Representative III (tech). Currently, I was in a Provider Enrollment call center as a Customer Service Representative III (Tech).

My duties consist of taking transfer calls that require a higher level of handling, facilitating unit meetings, auditing in coming calls, written correspondence and email. Also, answering questions concerning guidelines for CSR IIi's.

As an auditor for the PE call center, regular applications, appeals, CAPS, reconsiderations, all specialty applications and written correspondence.

I have created work instructions and audit sheets. I have great judgment skills, effective customer service skills, and have in depth knowledge of verbal and written communication skills, including meetings and conferences with CMS.

I demonstrate Proficiency in spelling, pronunciation and grammar skills. I also, demonstrate basic proficiency in math, critical thinking and am able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and total confidentiality.

Radiologic Technologist clinical experience conducting diagnostic imaging procedures in hospital settings.

• Familiar with fixed and mobile radiography and fluoroscopic procedures.

• Committed to providing high-quality radiologic services while catering to patient's needs and practicing radiation protection.

• Proficient user of radiology management and hospital information systems (PACS / Order Entry).
