St. Francis Hospital- The DeMatteis Center - Greenvale, NY 3/09-Present Exercise Physiologist/Assistant Coordinator- Facilitate all admissions for all Phase II, III, & IV cario-pulmonary rehab patients. Manage large patient pipeline. In charge of all clinical Phase 3&4 patients including exercise prescriptions, patient profiles, monthly progress notes, & maintain Phase 4 contracts.
