RELEVANT ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE

McTish, Kunkel & Associates - TCI-2

Montgomery County, Pa 04/06/15 - present

Ensured contractor completed work as per project plans and specifications and in accordance with PENNDOT Pub 408 Highway Specifications: Pub 72M Roadway Construction Standards; and 219M Standards for Bridge Construction-BC-700.

Monitored contractor placed shotcrete in test panel and core material for test. Verified shotcrete temperature. Ensured grout cubes were made per specification and verified temperature and specific gravity.

Monitored installation of tiebacks on lagging board. Responsibilities included monitoring contractor perform load test on tieback on lagging board and load test on soil anchor on anchor earth retaining walls.

Responsibilities included inspecting the erection of panel for MSC wall and backfilling of one eight-inch lift, compaction and striping 2A modified. Monitored power washing and painting of MSC wall and Bridge structures. Verified temperature.

Monitored placement of impervious form liner for placement of #57 coarse aggregate for backfilling of MSC wall and installation of 6” pavement base drain for U- drain.

Ensured backfilling of pipe material with nuclear test from nuclear tester.
