Experience

Currently employed as RN at Oklahoma Home Health Providers, October 2015 - Present (3rd employment with home health agency for total of 6 years) and RN Case Manager at CIMA Hospice, May 2016 to present.

Nurse Manager and Supervisor at Healthcare Management (4 years). During my nursing career, a total of 4 years was management experience. Supervision of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants with medication administration, therapists, clerical support, clergy, home health aides, and social workers ranging from 15-100 employees. Significant duties included managed staffing, performed in-services, held staffing meeting, conducted evaluations, oriented new employees, trained nurses in new positions, handling incident reports, addressing patient complaints, and reviewing clinical documentation.
