Supported a variety of Fortune 100 clients (e.g. Xerox, Dow Chemical, BellSouth, Bank of America) beginning as a Systems Administrator (certified MCP), moving into Network Engineering (certified CNE) and finally to Project and Program Management (certified PMP). In 2012 Bank of America decided to end its long standing contract with EDS/HPES. During the subsequent wind down of the relationship (2012 – 2014):

Served as Business Operations Liaison between the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and client / internal service delivery groups supporting Bank of America. The EPMO was responsible for over 1,800 projects being deployed in 50 countries through the efforts of 365 Project / Program Managers.

Directly responsible for escalated issue resolution that could not be completed at the project or program levels or that involved multiple service delivery organizations.

Designated Point of Contact managing project wind down activities between the company and the client returning project execution to the client as part of contract termination.

Directly responsible for developing / implementing project process changes ensuring seamless project / program transition to the client.

Experience most applicable to the paralegal environment:

Responsible for Records Management and Document Retention for 365 Project / Program Managers.

Assisted in Statement of Work (contract) development and negotiations with clients, 3rd party vendors and internal organizations.

Developed and implemented an international provisioning capability requiring operational understanding of customs regulations in 26 countries. This capability successfully delivered 375 shipments in nine months.
